Senior Florist

We are looking for florist with experience that can take on the role as a senior florist for our company, being able to lead a floral team and work independently. If you have relevant skill set and have designed beautiful bouquets before, we welcome you to join us

Job Requirements
- Leading the team - leading the floral team, delegating and assigning orders to the team to ensure orders are well designed and fulfilled for the day.
- Fulfilling Orders - handle phone and online orders for both existing arrangements on website and custom orders.
- Arranging Flowers - Working independently, picking and cutting flowers to craft into a display, such as a hand bouquet, wedding bouquet, hampers or a condolence stand for a funeral.
- Managing Flower Inventory - keeping an eye on what flowers are on hand and how long they should remain usable. Monitoring other supplies needed within the shop and order more as necessary. Maintaining and preserving flowers so they can be kept fresh for a longer period. Ordering flowers and going for supply run (for flowers) when needed.
- Managing other stock inventory - such as hamper baskets, flower boxes, vases, jars, wrapping papers, etc.
- Floral Décor for events - Able to handle the decoration of a venue e.g. wedding venue, party, company DND, etc.
- Any other job-related responsibilities
Working hours: 5.5 days work week: 8-530pm (5 days), 830-1pm (half day). Off day and half days will be decided by company.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
