**What You'll Do**
- Prepare new business proposals, including technical simulation and supporting assumptions in financial model.
- Prepare bids for new renewables projects (mainly solar C&I).
- Conduct site surveys and interface with prospective customers during proposal stage for renewable projects (mainly solar C&I).
- Draft and administer customer and engineering contracts for renewable projects.
- Develop renewable projects, including managing potential contractors during proposal stage for project costing purposes.
- Support sourcing of new solar C&I projects through networking and contacts.
- Assist Project Development & Commercial Lead in managing internal stakeholder relationships for renewable projects, and in the annual budgeting exercises.
- Prepare project performance reports to management.
- Ensure that proper procedures and protocols for commercial operations within the company is followed.
- Able to independently manage stakeholders and manage projects (sole contributor)
- Any other duties assigned by Project Development & Commercial Lead.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Degree in Electrical or equivalent discipline from recognized university by PEB, Singapore
- At least 6 years’ experience in developing projects, including Solar PV C&I, ground-based and/or floating Solar PV
- Techno-commercial competency in Solar PV and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) is an added advantage.
- Adept at creating presentation decks using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver strong presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative nature.
- Experience in Project Development, Commercial or Financial roles is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore’s electricity related laws, regulations, connection requirements and processes is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCad is a plus.
- Proficient in HelioScope and/or PVsyst is a plus
