**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to building the GTBD transformation roadmap, and tracking of ongoing projects
- Support with current state analysis, including process mapping and quantitative analysis to identify value-added, non-value-added activities and wastage within operations.
- Contribute to building the business case for projects to secure required stakeholder buy-in and investment
- Assist with project management and change management activities
- Assist with industry benchmarking to enable for best-in-class process model delivery.
- Become an integral part of the project team to implement project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated individual, ready to learn and act as a change agent for the business
- Willingness to interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the bank
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Customer centric mindset, analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Interest in learning about business transformation and operational excellence in the financial services industry.
- Understanding of the Cash Management business is a plus
- Process mapping, customer journey mapping and lean is a plus
