**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Drive diesel-related physical and derivatives trading, meticulously managing associated risks in line with compliance and risk policies.
- Develop annual work plans, objectives, and budgets for the diesel trading portfolio.
- Foster strong relationships with trade partners, negotiating efficiently and ensuring the seamless flow of resources, logistics, and terminal demands for diesel products.
- Innovate and optimize existing business models, identifying new opportunities to enhance value propositions for customers.
- Oversee and optimize storage operations for diesel products, maintaining effective inventory management.
- Contribute to ship chartering decisions, supporting market supply and demand outlooks for diesel products.
- Expand and develop regional trades, facilitating risk assessments, feasibility studies, and achieving desired outcomes.
- Assist in researching, developing, and evaluating new products and trading models to boost business profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry into the trade entry system/database (CXL), proposing optimization suggestions for business systems. Manage trade receivables collection and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of the Department.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of trading experience (physical and derivatives) in diesel trading with a strong understanding of diesel operations and logistics.

3. Profound knowledge of refining economics, market dynamics, and pricing structures related to diesel trading.

4. Ability to independently manage a diesel trading book with hands-on and execution-focused approach.

5. Willingness to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving situations.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong attention to detail, effective analytical skills, and the ability to comprehend complex information.

8. Ethical conduct, professional integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

9. Good organizational and time management skills, stress tolerance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

10. Willingness to travel.

11. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, facilitating effective communication with associates.
