**Overview of Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to COMIT Team and other programmes as well as other general admin tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
COMIT ADMIN
1.Assist to co-ordinate with COMIT Case workers/Counsellors in submission of progress report to AIC and assist in the submission of the progress report to AIC on a monthly and quarterly basis. Some of the duties and responsibilities under this responsibility includes the following:
i. Update the master client data promptly upon receiving a referral from public or other agency
ii. Compile counsellors’ individual report to the master data file and highlight missing data if necessary. Ensure data is up-to-date.
iii. To make survey calls to caregivers/clients for feedback on services rendered.
iv. Co-ordinate with HR department in submitting Counsellors/Caseworkers’ Training records.
3. Assist to co-ordinate with Counsellors/Caseworkers to perform caseload management with the Senior Manager, COMIT on a regular basis or as and when required. Ensure group document repository (forms, templates etc.) are of the latest version as well as maintain group calendar administration.
ADMIN SUPPORT FOR OTHER PROGRAMME & GENERAL ADMIN
4. Assist to provide administrative support to the CREST team which include handling referral enquiries and Triage, collaterals for outreach or events, as well as other general admin for CREST and other programmes.
5. Assist to co-ordinate request (include collating attendance/confirmation) from Partners pertaining to talks and trainings provided by Club HEAL, which include HFT Training.
6. Any other duties as assigned.
