Singapore International Baccalaureate Full time

Perform Level 1 and Level 2 support for Finance Business users and makes sure that resolutions are provided within the agreed SLA and that ITIL processes are being followed
- Discuss with Business end users to understand the issue raised and document in Service now
- Document root cause analysis information in Service Now
- Monitor integrations to ensure they are working as designed
- Monitor Finance operations calendar to perform necessary activities related to IT.
- Follows and enforces IB internal IT processes such as the standard Incident Management process, the Change process, Problem Management, Service Requests
- Suggests and lead improvements within internal IT processes (documentation, month/qtr. end support, etc.) and able to implement these suggestions
- Participate in and/or lead the weekly IT-Business meetings
- Participates in monthly supplier meetings
- Works with the business end users and process owners to identify business needs and requirements.
- Ensure that the new functionalities and implementations, including configuration changes, are setup and migrated to production following IT’s Software Development Life Cycle processes
- Ensure changes are properly assessed as per the Enterprise Change Management process
- Ensure impact analysis is done as per the impact analysis guidelines of IT standards.
- Ensure necessary approvals and funding is cleared with IT and business stakeholders.
- Responsible and Accountable for documenting the high and low-level design, development, testing of enhancements.
- Provides technical guidance and business functional consultation to suppliers on the overall design.
- Ensure the deliverables are meeting the agreed timelines with the business stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Hyperion or procurement module is a plus
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Analysis Documentation, Functional Design Documentation, BR100, User Training Documents and Customization Documents
- Ability to train users in Oracle ERP Cloud modules
- Able to identify functional / technical issues and takes ownership to close them or escalate to next level
- Proactive and methodical in managing tasks
- Good knowledge of ITIL Processes is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
