**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated**Data Engineer**with extensive expertise in**AWS Redshift**and**data modeling**for a dynamic and fast-paced role. This position requires a deep understanding of**data warehousing concepts**,**ETL processes**, and the ability to design and optimize scalable data pipelines.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and develop scalable data pipelines**and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration using AWS Redshift.
- Perform **data modeling**to structure data for optimal querying and analytical performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including **data scientists**, **business analysts**, and **stakeholders**, to gather and deliver data requirements.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing systems to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure **data integrity**, consistency, and security across data systems and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for **process improvement and automation**to enhance the overall data infrastructure.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on AWS Redshift functionalities, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Stay up to date with **industry trends, emerging technologies**, and best practices in data engineering and AWS ecosystem.
- Incorporate user feedback to enhance the effectiveness of data engineering solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Data Engineer**, with significant expertise in **AWS Redshift**.
- Strong proficiency in **data modeling techniques**and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with **ETL tools and processes**.
- In-depth knowledge of **data warehousing concepts**and related tools.
- Proficiency in **SQL**and scripting languages like **Python**or **Java**.
- Experience with other **AWS services**such as **S3**, **Lambda**, and **Glue**is highly desirable.
- Strong **problem-solving skills**with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders and team members.
- **AWS or Data Engineering certifications**(e.g., AWS Certified Big Data, AWS Certified Data Analytics) are a plus.
