We are looking for a skilled and reliable Baker Assistant to join our team. As a Baker Assistant, you will work closely with our head baker to prepare and bake various baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Your responsibilities will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the baked goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake various baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients, prepare doughs and batters, and shape baked goods.
- Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and scales.
- Assist in the preparation and decoration of cakes, cookies, and other pastries.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a baker assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
