**Job description**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Load and unloadconstruction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Erect and dismantle, scaffolding, pipes, catwalks, shoring and barricadesrequired at construction sites
- Assist tradespersons such as pipefitters, plumbers,welders, fabricators, and sprinkler technicians in construction activities
- Assist with installing, fabricating, testing, maintaining, inspecting and repairing sprinklerand piping systems
- Assist in aligning pipes and perform related activities during pipeline construction
- Clean up chemical spillsand other contaminants, and remove asbestosand other hazardous materials
- Oil and grease hoists and similar equipment
- Perform other activities at construction sites,as directed.
- Assist in demolishing buildings and pipelines
- Assist with connecting and maintaining piping system

**SKILLS / EMPLOYERREQUIREMENTS/ EDUCATION**:

- Assist with fabricating, installing, testing, maintaining, inspecting and repairing sprinkler systems in industrial operations, department stores, office buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, and residences
- Willingness to take theRed Seal exam upon arrival to Canada
- Will be under supervision of experienced Sprinkler System Installer
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High school level (Secondary school) is mandatory, and any trade certifications are an advantage.

Min 5 years

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
