**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Experience**:Offer personalized bridal styling consultations, assisting brides in selecting the perfect gown, veil, and accessories that align with their vision.
- **Sales Expertise**:Understand and anticipate the needs of each client, providing expert recommendations while achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the boutique.
- **Product Knowledge**:Be highly knowledgeable about the designs, fabrics, and detailing of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring you provide the best advice and information to clients.
- **Tailored Fittings**:Guide brides through the fitting process, ensuring a perfect fit and making any necessary recommendations for alterations or customizations.
- **Relationship Building**:Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience from consultation to gown collection.
- **High-Quality Service**:Maintain the high standards of customer service and professionalism expected in a luxury retail environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury, bridal, or high-end fashion industry.
- Passion for fashion, particularly bridal and luxury trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional styling skills.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of wedding gown alterations and fittings.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- A flair for styling and fashion consultancy.
