“Ez Maintenance Cleaning Services is looking for a Cleaner to join our growing team. If hired, you’ll play an integral role in keeping our building in a clean and orderly condition. You’ll also help us make a great first impression for our customers. _**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, and recreational spaces.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in common areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with residents and team members.

No Qualification needed, training will be provided.
