Multi Asset Investment Specialist, Global Asset

As a Multi-Asset Investment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our investment strategy across diverse asset classes. Your responsibilities will include:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Acting as a brand ambassador for the asset class and the Business Development (BD) team, the Investment Specialist (IS) plays a crucial role in understanding and promoting suite of multi-asset offerings globally. Responsibilities include:

- Gaining an in-depth understanding of multi-asset products, ensuring accurate, timely, and globally consistent information for the covered products.
- Familiarizing oneself with BD teams across APAC offices, understanding client needs, and facilitating the planning and execution of multi-asset business strategies in APAC markets.
- Representing the investment team in pitch processes, client meetings, RFPs, presentations, and servicing existing clients through regular and ad-hoc deliverables and review meetings.
- Understanding the local operating environment, client segmentation, regulatory requirements, client demand, and product trends.
- Collaborating with the investment team and other stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke investment solutions based on client needs and constraints.

Active Collaboration with Other Functions:

- Actively collaborating with teams in the region, such as Client Services, RFP & Presentations, Product Development, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, and Consultants.
- Ensuring insights are widely shared across all relevant teams, contributing to the development of new products, enhancing messaging in communications, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring consistency in messaging across internal, external, and client communications and addressing any inconsistencies.
- Regularly attending investment meetings to stay informed about market developments and portfolio changes.
- Participating in global routine workload with the global IS team, including updating master presentations, the RFP database, product crib-sheet, etc.

**Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience**:

- 6~8+ years' experience in asset management/investment, preferably in a role as a multi-asset investment specialist, product specialist, or client portfolio manager.
- Experience providing multi-asset products and solutions to investors in Singapore and ideally other ASEAN countries.
- Ability to independently meet with clients.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA/CAIA are desirable.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a must.
- Programming skills are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical, analytical, and writing skills.
- Clear and effective communicator.
- Mature, energetic, self-motivated, with the ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for investing.
