**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for TCM practitioners.
- Provide guidance and supervision to ensure proper execution of TCM techniques.
- Continuously assess and update training curriculum to align with the latest advancements in TCM.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees through assessments and practical examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and share practical insights from personal experiences.

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in TCM.
- Possess a valid license to practice TCM in Singapore.
- Substantial clinical experience as a TCM practitioner.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
- In-depth knowledge of TCM principles, acupuncture, herbal medicine, and related modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in TCM and related fields.
