**Job Title**:Freelance Cybersecurity Consultant (Quantum-Safe Solutions)

**Location**:Remote (Global Opportunities)

**Engagement Type**: Freelance (Opportunistic Engagement Basis) - based on reviewed and empaneled consultants and projected / agreed engagement start dates.

**Compensation**:Based on work product and engagement per hour rate card

**About Us**:We are a cutting-edge startup specializing in Quantum Computing Solutions, focusing on providing quantum-safe cybersecurity advisory services to leading financial institutions in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. We are looking for an experienced professional to help clients safeguard their systems against emerging quantum threats and recommend future-ready cybersecurity standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Quantum-Safe Readiness Assessments for banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and other financial institutions.
- Provide expert advisory services on adopting quantum-safe procedures, standards, and technologies in alignment with BFSI industry requirements.
- Develop strategies for mitigating risks associated with quantum-era threats, including Hybrid Network and Data Layer (HNDL) attacks.
- Advise clients on the adoption of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technologies and other quantum-resilient cryptographic measures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in NIST’s 2024 Quantum Readiness Guidelines and incorporate them into client advisory services.
- Design and recommend risk management frameworks tailored to the unique needs of BFSI clients.Collaborate with global clients on an as-needed basis, delivering high-quality remote consulting services.
- **Qualifications and Experience**:

- Senior professional with a proven track record in cybersecurity, particularly within the BFSI sector.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity postures, standards, and risk management practices in the financial industry.
- Familiarity with Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and other quantum-safe cryptographic techniques.
- Expertise in identifying and mitigating Hybrid Network and Data Layer (HNDL) attack risks.
- Experience in conducting readiness assessments and designing cybersecurity frameworks for large enterprise clients.Excellent communication and advisory skills with the ability to engage with clients across diverse geographies.
