**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Phlebotomist at Mito Health, you will play a critical role in our clinic operations, ensuring a high standard of care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Phlebotomy & Clinic Operations**:

- Perform professional and accurate blood draws for clients during morning shifts.
- Ensure clinic operations run efficiently, adhering to high standards of care and precision.

**2. Client Experience**:

- Deliver exceptional service, creating a positive experience for every client.
- Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

**3. Administrative Duties**:

- Conduct operational and administrative tasks from home during the afternoon shift.
- Use a company-issued laptop to complete work efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

- Experienced in Phlebotomy: Proven ability to perform blood draws with care and accuracy.
