Our company is now establishing an APAC Regional HQ in Singapore as it expands into Asia Pacific, beginning with the PRIME Hydration, PRIME Energy and Alani Nu ranges.

**The Role**:
As an Account Receivables Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing operational accounting tasks for the APAC region, reporting to the APAC Accounting Manager. As we continue to invest in the expansion of our regional office, this role will initially require a hands-on and can-do approach. The rapid expansion will ensure an exciting and fast-paced journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer set-up & monitoring
- Invoicing
- Revenue accounting
- Credit management
- Collections & aging management
- Cash management
- Sales accruals & cut-off
- Reporting related to Sales and Receivables
- Manage the AR elements of the month-end close process
- Liaison and interaction with other departments as needed (e.g. Sales, Treasury, Commercial Finance)
- Assist the Accounting Manager with:_
- Periodic GST filings, Corporate Tax filings and related reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Implementation and development of company accounting policies and processes
- The annual audit process, and any other external reporting as required
- The implementation of a new ERP system
- Improvement projects, budgetary control and periodic variance analysis

**This position requires high calibre competence with the following skillset**:

- Ability to co-ordinate AR operations for a fast-paced regional FMCG MNC
- Experience accounting for inventory an advantage
- ERP systems knowledge (experience with ERP implementation is an advantage)
- Working knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS
- High level of technical ability, alongside strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Accounting qualification an advantage
