**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Manager - Investor Marketing, Asia with Hines, you will will focus on expanding Hines’ investor marketing and reach in the Asia / Australia region. You will be responsible for developing, executing and managing a comprehensive external investor marketing and communications strategy that complements the firm’s corporate strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Work closely with CIOs and Sales to understand Hines' goals and obstacles with bringing in investors, and design ways to use marketing to aide fundraising
- Develop and execute a multi-faceted, robust communication and messaging strategy designed to generate new investor interest
- Craft key messages for investment management as well as Hines as a fiduciary
- Partner with different internal groups (special projects, digital, public relations, events, etc) to programmatically get in front of and attract new investors through marketing
- Create original content / campaigns / events and monitor KPIs
- Assist with lead generation through campaign results
- Serve as a strategic liaison to Investment Management in the planning, management, and execution of various projects related to capital raising across institutional and retail opportunities
- Highlight new fund ideas and products to address investor interest

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field from an accredited institution
- Eight or more years of previous professional experience, preferably in financial services
- Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to easily process and synthesize vast amounts of information
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and prioritize
- Organized, proactive and self-motivated individual
- Ability to keep calm and problem solve quickly under high pressure moments
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
