The Marketing Lead will drive our digital marketing strategy and own all marketing functions from strategy, traffic and acquisition, community engagement, PR, events, partnerships, content and more. Our Marketing Lead will have to multitask across many projects and must have experience in leading a digital marketing strategy, and a passion for digital tools & technologies

The focus of our Marketing Lead will be to hit our digital marketing KPIs, including user acquisition, retention and engagement on our website and mobile app.

Our Marketing Lead should be ready to roll-up his sleeves, think out of the box and get the job done. The position will be reporting directly to the co-founders of the business. The Marketing Lead will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. The Marketing Lead should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong brand online presence.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the content strategy across various platforms and countries and be responsible for the growth of our organic ranking and traffic
- Be responsible for the marketing planning and budgeting of strategic and tactical projects
- Use data and analytical tools to constantly evaluate and improve the performance of marketing campaigns
- Evaluate emerging trends, latest technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and be responsible for the allocation of funds to the most performant channels

**Skills & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree with majors in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Min 5-years of proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns including on mobile
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Digital content management
- Highly creative with experience in running digital and offline campaigns
- Displays a relentless attitude when it comes to experimentation and A/B testing
- Proficient in use of latest digital and analytics tools with working knowledge of other marketing automation platforms and digital marketing
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Thrives in a agile, fast-paced working environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with mobile app marketing including tracking conversion rates, implementing paid search and SEO strategies/campaigns

**Salary**: S$ 6,000 to S$ 8,000 - based on experience.
