**Giesecke+Devrient **is a global company that offers security technologies, both in the physical and digital world. G+D has different commercial sectors and one of them is G+D Mobile Security, the world leader in secure telecommunications systems via SIM / eSIM.

SCP Logistic team is the operational contact point with external Semicon suppliers for both G+D ePayments and Mobile Security globally. We are responsible to manage the daily purchasing operation of the Semiconductor supplies, primary to liaise with Headquarter, International Sales Subsidiaries and external suppliers/warehouse/forwarders to meet supply chain requirement. The aim of SCP Logistic Team is to best ensure order fulfilment according to business requirement and to meet the SLA.

Here we are looking for a **Operation Purchasing Buyer **in Singapore.

Operation Purchasing Buyer is our key personal managing daily operation tasks. Responsible to connect with international stakeholders, suppliers across different countries and execute buying activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Execute global buying activities for Semiconductor Suppliers and ensure order fulfillment
- Ensure and monitor company compliance with Export control rules/procedures and contractual obligation
- Interact with Global Category, Planning and other internal stakeholders for developments of business requirement
- Liaison with freight forwarders & suppliers on import/export shipping documents and shipment of goods
- Ensure operation efficiency and data accuracy of relevant ERP transactions, shipping documents, invoices, etc.
- Monitor and manage consignment inventory at 3rd party location
- Attend to survey and claim for incoming damaged goods

Experience and Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree of Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline or Diploma of related discipline with 1 year of work experience
- Have good interpersonal skill to work with internal customer
- Attention to detail and team player
- Fluent in written and spoken English, intermediate in spoken Chinese
- Preferably experience with SAP
