**Job Description**:

- Manage fixed assets and tank leasing to ensure proper control and reporting of assets
- Participate in continuous improvement in current policies, procedures, and processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports with schedules and reconciliations
- Support in data collection and consolidation, analytical review, and report generation
- Assist the Group Financial Controller to work closely with Business Units to facilitate and enforce financial and management processes
- Responsible for the Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payable, month end closing, general ledger and GST submission
- Analyse accounting data and produce financial statement, financial package, budget preparation and cash flow
- Preparation of business and financial analysis reports to Head of Department / Management
- Responsible and involve in the annual audits

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 4 to 5 years of work experiences in an audit or accounting management position.
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Able to work within tight timelines.
- A keen eye for details and desire to probe further into data.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in respective accounting software is a plus.
