As the brewer, your primary objective is to expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.

**Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities) 职责（关键结果领域和活动）**:

- Preparing and brewing local coffee and tea, bread and dim sum准备和冲泡本地咖啡和茶，制作面包和点心
- Ensure consistent brewing standards确保一致的冲泡标准
- Provide excellent customer service提供优质的客户服务
- General cleaniness保持环境清洁
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by the supervisor完成主管分配的其他临时任务

- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays. 能够在周末和公共假期工作。
- Able to perform well during high-volume peak hours能够在高峰时段表现出色。
