Position Overview:
As the Director of Sports Tournaments, Matches, and Events, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of sports tournaments, matches, and events. Your role will involve planning, organizing and executing sports events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Planning: Develop strategic plans and execute all activities related to sports tournaments, matches and events, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
- Tournament Management: Coordinate and manage all tournament operations, including team registrations, venue selection, match scheduling, officiating and prize distribution.
- Event Operations: Oversee event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment procurement, transportation and accommodation arrangements for participants, officials, and guests.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to ensure effective communication, coordination, and successful execution of events.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accountability throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, including advertising, social media campaigns, and media coverage, to enhance event visibility and attract participants and spectators.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in organizing and managing sports tournaments, matches, or events.
- Strong knowledge of sports industry trends, rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations during events.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional experiences to participants and spectators.
- Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Preferably specialized in **Sports/ Volleyball related.
