Job Description
About the Role
- Work closely with the VP, FP&A to develop and implement the overall financial planning and analysis strategy, aligned with the company's objectives and financial goals.
- Identifying key drivers on business, develop and implement forecasting models, and sensitivity analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
- Support the VP on the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop financial models to support annual budgeting, long range plan, cash flow forecast and capital budgeting.
- Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting insights, areas of concern and opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Prepare monthly management reports including variance analysis and commentaries and monthly Finance presentation deck for monthly Audit Committee and the Board.
- Collaborate with Management Committee members to conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate profitability, revenue and cost management, and forecast bi-weekly financial performance using Dashboard reports.
- Work with the VP to act as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Actively contribute to the designing and implementing of a new management reporting system Enterprise Performance Management Platform.
- Collaborating with other Finance teams on department wide projects and change management.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the FP&A function.
- Ensure timelines are adhered to, issues are actively followed-up, clearly communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
