In your function, you grow a team of FAB product engineers in Singapore to support and improve Power & Sensor Systems, Supply Chain & Production Management technologies produced in Silicon Foundries. You are the central interface between our internal customers, the wafer fab and the testing site. You understand the functionality of our products and our technology. In your new role you will:

- **Review probe parametric data, center distributions **within the specification in collaboration with Silicon Foundry (SiFo) team
- **Report FAB yield and parametric results **to Production Management and division product engineers
- **Drive Yield improvements **, if losses occur at wafer test or in Backend (BE) due to Frontend (FE) deviations, feedback deviations to SiFo
- **Execute the lot disposition **by working closely with FE and BE. define and implement lot release criteria
- **Support and verify test changes in Wafertest **and product ramp up teams with technical expertise regarding wafer processing and parametric knowledge
- **Work on defects reduction **with SiFo team based on yield, fast Wafer Level Reliability (fWLR) results
- **Escalate potential quality issues detected at Wafertest **to Quality Management, Product Management, Division Product Engineering and SiFo team and drive for improvement
- **Form and lead expert teams **to solve problems with the products
- Provide Wafertest data for new product releases
- **Attend PCRB and support upcoming changes **with product data wherever needed
- Support the Global Yield team, collaborate with Backend product engineering and Division product engineering

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Physics / Manufacturing Engineering / Materials Sciences
- **5-10 years of experience **in the **Semiconductor industry **, ideally in **Process Integration / Product Engineering**:

- **Team leader **competency with ability to **lead cross-sites / cross-functional **teams **and work in a multi-cultural environment
- Device and technology knowledge in **Trench MOSFETs**:

- Strong **communication **and **interpersonal skills **to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
