**What the role is**
- As an Organisational Psychologist in the Ministry, you will work closely with HQ divisions, external consultants and other Organisational Psychologists on a range of applied psychological and organisational development projects in areas such as employee selection, assessment, leadership development, innovation and transformation, organisational diagnostics and staff engagement.

**What you will be working on**
- Partner with stakeholders in the development and implementation of leadership development and employee engagement programmes - Develop assessment tools and utilise appropriate psychological methods to aid in employee selection, assessment, placement and other related programmes - Design and conduct surveys, and analyse data and trends to evaluate organisational functioning and employee engagement - Formulate policies and recommendations to enhance the provision of psychological services to the Ministry - Deliver various training programmes and workshops to support employee development - Engage internal and external stakeholders on change management efforts, promote continuous improvement and facilitate the delivery of customer-centric services
