**Job Opening: Process Technician (Permanent, Shift-Based Role)**

**Location**:Jurong Island
**Work Type**:Full-time | 12-hour Rotating Shifts
**Salary Range**:Gross $2,500 - $3,800/month
**Basic Salary**:$2,000 - $3,000/month
**Shift Allowance**:$600/month
**Island Allowance**:$200/month
**Night Shift Allowance**:$35 per night (in addition to shift allowance)

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking **experienced Process Technicians**to join our operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor plant equipment and processes via **Distributed Control Systems (DCS)**:

- Execute **safe start-up and shutdown**of process units
- Perform **in-process checks**, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks
- Actively participate in **EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety)**programs (LOTO, PTW, risk assessments, emergency preparedness)
- Support **Quality Management Systems (GMP, SOPs, CAPA, deviation reporting)**:

- Collect production data and samples for lab analysis and ensure timely reporting
- Support **equipment preparation for maintenance**and perform first-level maintenance
- Participate in **plant improvement initiatives and root cause investigations**:

- Member of the **Emergency Response Team (ERT)**and trained First Aider

**Shift Pattern**:

- **12-hour shifts**:
Morning Shift**:8:30 AM - 8:30 PM**
Night Shift**:8:30 PM - 8:30 AM**:

- **Shift cycle**:
2-2-2-2 shift

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years**of relevant experience in chemical/process plant operations
- Hands-on experience with **DCS operations (Yokogawa / Delta V preferred)**:

- ITE or Diploma in **Chemical Process Technology**, **Chemical Engineering**, or related field
- Willing to work **12-hour rotating shifts**(morning and night)
- Strong understanding of safety and quality compliance in a production environment
