**About you**:
You are a highly creative, intuitive, and resourceful person. You appreciate good

content and understand the impact good content can have on a user and or audience

experience. You also enjoy researching and writing. You write in simple sentence

structures and prefer using accessible vocabularies. You write to communicate and

not to impress. When conducting research, you make clear your objectives before you

start and are meticulous in your approach. You can syntheses and draw good

conclusions about the information you have gathered. You are also knowledge about

the required citation standards when giving credit to your research sources. You work

well under pressure and in teams with a range of creative people. You are organised,

have an eye for details, and able to manage workload effectively. You possess good

people and project management skills and are innately curious about the people and

things around you.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Use content, collected through in-depth research, to guide the project team in

developing creative concepts, storylines, designs, and user and audience

engagements.
- Conduct research through open and close sources, academic publications and

literature, and when required conduct focus groups and interviews.
- Synthesis research to produce accurate and clear written prose and reports based

on research and data collected and to ensure that the written materials are relevant

to and well-received by the target audience and meet project objectives.
- Assist the Content Lead in formulating and developing the content strategies for

both internal and external projects.
- Manage projects including liaising with clients, designers, programmers,

fabricators and other involved parties.
- Work with management team to produce content for in-house materials such as

blogs, websites, marketing materials and training materials, etc.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree preferably in Mass Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, Film,

Literature or History with some experience in content creation and copywriting.
- Enjoys creative works, loves reading and researching, has good writing skills. A

curious mind with interest in different disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team comprising of different

disciplines.
