**About the Job**

Within his/her scope, she/he supports the brand in all financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc finance analysis; constantly reviews and improves the level of management reporting by developing relationships with members of the organization and creating clear and detailed analysis. She/he also ensures best practices and coherent financial processes across, making recommendations and implementing as appropriate.

The business controller participates in and challenges key business decisions, using relevant reporting and analysis and presenting data in a commercial way to optimize costs and efficiency of activities.
- ** Actuals**
- Work closely with regional, local, and HQ teams and develop excellent knowledge of the operating environments of Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Philippine markets.
- Analyze the overall delivery of company financial targets regularly and report back to the business with recommendations as necessary.
- Evaluate the profitability of the brand.
- Analyze the profitability of customers and subsidiaries in accordance with brand management needs.
- Be involved and assist in the auditing process - both internal and external when required.
- Analyze the business risk and prepare of backup plan for business target achievement.
- Check and analyze monthly P&Ls and prepare the monthly consolidated package.
- Handle local reports requested by the regional and HQ teams.
- **Forecasts (Budget, Revision, Landing,)**
- Prepare budget and revisions in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and controlling teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way.
- Maintain cost control responsibility; provide relevant reports and rationale, with recommended action plans to the business for tight budget control.
- Support the brand in preparing the three years plan.
- **Ad hoc Analyses & Business KPI Reporting**
- Prepare/review the investment requests.
- Provide analytical support to cross-function initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Drive and prepare a business analysis to support the various business functions, such as marketing and sales, regarding ROI relations.

- **Projects**
- Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the controlling functions.
- Continually seek to improve the processing efficiency and control capabilities of the company.
- Reinforce internal control requirements and implement procedures as necessary.
- Participate in preparing new market openings in terms of simulations and operations.
- Be the main contact person with the country, LBeauty/Luxasia, and the LFCS audits to drive and manage the retail audit process and drive countries to adhere to the audit standards.
