Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement purchasing and materials planning strategies to meet production goals and inventory objectives.
- Prepare and manage purchase requisitions and production orders using enterprise systems.
- Monitor order progress, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adjusting schedules when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams such as production, engineering, and quality to address supply chain challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse demand patterns and supply risks to support proactive decision-making and business continuity.
- Uphold adherence to company standards, quality requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
- Able to commit to a 1-year contract
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, procurement, or similar supply chain functions
- Proficient in ERP or MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
- Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore Engineering is an advantage
