**DESCRIPTION**
NOVI Health is a medical and digital health provider which aims to help people prevent, manage and reverse chronic lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and high cholesterol. Our holistic approach combines lifestyle interventions with medical management, supported by data and technology, to deliver solutions at scale and improve health outcomes.
The Enrolled/Staff Nurse works closely with the principal physician and care team to provide good nursing care, advice and follow-up to patients. The Enrolled/Staff Nurse also contributes to efficient clinic operations by managing front desk duties as well as assisting with other back-end activities.
**ROLE**
- A. Clinical _
- Provide basic nursing care and document in the Electronic Medical Records system
- Perform phlebotomy and carry out point-of-care tests
- Trace lab results / medical records as necessary
- Give vaccinations and injections
- Assist doctor in medical procedures
- Assist doctor with dispensing of medication
- Provide education, advice and follow-up care to patients/caregivers as needed
- Respond to patient queries
- B. Administrative _
- Handle front desk duties - patient appointment, patient registration, billing and discharge
- Assist with stock-taking and ordering of stocks
- Assist Clinic Manager to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
**REQUIREMENTS**
- NITEC in Nursing / Nursing Diploma / Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Phlebotomy skills are essential
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Team player
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
