**Position: Luxury Sales Associate**

**Location: Paragon Shopping Center, Singapore**

**Hours: Full-time, Retail Mall Hours
**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage your expertise in luxury sales and jewellery to provide personalized service to our esteemed clientele, guiding them through the jewellery purchase process.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of diamonds and semi-precious stones, assisting clients in selecting the perfect pieces according to their requriements.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Actively engage in networking and prospecting activities to expand our client base within the Singapore elite community and beyond.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing your sales acumen and product knowledge to drive results.
- Responsible for setup/display and general cleanliness in store, and daily opening and closing of store.
- Assist with in-store events, and other ad-hoc activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on jewellery.
- In-depth knowledge of diamonds and semi-precious stones, including their characteristics, value factors, and grading standards.
- Proven track record of success in cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients and exceeding sales targets.
- Existing client portfolio and connections within the luxury market, particularly in Singapore.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to authentically connect with clients and understand their unique preferences.
- Willingness to work retail mall hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our clientele.
