**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Import & Export Coordination**: Oversee the end-to-end shipping process, including import and export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
- **Bill of Lading & Documentation**: Ensure accurate preparation and verification of shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and permits.
- **Customs & Regulatory Compliance**: Handle duty payments and liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with Singapore’s import/export regulations.
- **Transport & Logistics Management**: Work with local transport providers to schedule deliveries and optimize logistics efficiency.
- **Inventory & Freight Cost Control**: Monitor shipment schedules, freight costs, and inventory movement to minimize delays and manage costs effectively.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any shipping discrepancies, customs issues, or logistics delays promptly to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with forwarders and transport partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fresh Diploma/Graduates are welcome
