Introduction
- To work with the various Manufacturing personnel/functions to ensure long term manufacturing and cross-functional module goals are met
- Good appreciation of costs structure and P & L
- Good anticipation skills with strong planning experience
- Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace

Your Job
- Spearheading a team to run/manage an expanded Mfg function. (CIM, AMHS, MFG Systems, Shop-floor Improvement)
- Set KPIs (inclusive of daily operations, quality and projects) for Engrs Mfg Ops/AEs Mfg Ops
- Co-ordinate and execute activities in line with the Company’s Strategic Thrusts and business plan
- Establish smooth operation of manufacturing through the establishment of robust manufacturing processes, clear operating procedures and quality systems
- Coach and map career path for subordinates or Engrs Mfg Ops.
- Driver for x-module / x-fab cost reduction activities and is able to execute to meet company goals.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Science or Engineering
- At least 5 to 8 years relevant experience in wafer fab / manufacturing environment
