**Job Title : GST Assistant Manager / Manager (Account Department)
As a GST Assistant Manager, you will oversee and manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing GST returns, reconciling tax data, addressing audits and notices, and advising on GST implications for business transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial and legal standards while staying updated on evolving tax laws. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of GST team.
- Review GST Report.
- Review the accuracy of the tax schemes and the supporting documents of the transactions.
- Review Compilation of GST Report.
- E-filing of GST Return quarterly.
- Conduct GST training.
- Attend to customer’s query of GST compliance issues.
- Liaise with GST consultant.
- In-charge of GST schemes renewal and preparation of ASK and schedules for audit.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Account Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Tax / GST field experience of 2-4 years.
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work in the team spirits. Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
- Able to multitask and meet IRAS required deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, words, powerpoint, outlook).
