Toppan Security System (TSS) is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the team of Project Managers with the planning and execution of projects. The responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager shall include, planning and scheduling of project tasks, monitoring the progress and status, scheduling meetings for coordination and progress update and maintaining the project documentation and reports.

A successful Junior Project Manager shall be able to perform any tasks assigned by the Project Managers efficiently and ensure that all issues and problems are resolved promptly.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Project Managers in managing specific assigned sub-project tasks, including the preparation of project plans and schedules
- Work with internal teams and resources to complete tasks assigned by Project Managers in an efficient and timely manner
- Track and monitor the progress of project tasks assigned, providing timely status update and reports to the Project Managers
- Conduct ad hoc research on project topics, such as project safety requirements and compliance, as requested by Project Managers
- Coordinate and liaise with customers for projects security clearance of the project members
- Assist the Project Managers with taking minutes of meetings and keeping records of project equipment for tracking purposes.
- Look into safety aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with WSH/BizSafe safety guidelines

**PRE-REQUISITES**
- Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a few years of project management experience or
- A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering with good knowledge in IT Technology or related discipline and some project management experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good project reporting, documentation and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with MS Office and project management software or tool
- Reliable, flexible and ability to adapt to situations
- Exposure to biometrics devices will be preferred
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification will be a plus
- Experience with system security Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test (VAPT) processes will be advantages
- Familiar with WSH Risk Assessment (RA) will be useful
