Roles & Responsibilities

Description:
We are an established training provider in Singapore looking for new members to join us in our growth

If you are passionate and have keen interest and relevant experience in the delivery/ facilitation of baking courses, do drop us your resume for us to invite you down for a chat

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct Bread, Pastry, Cake, and Chocolate lessons.

Share and impart knowledge and guide students during the lesson.

Communicate and deliver the class to students in a more fun and enriching way to achieve high level of student satisfaction.

Develop handouts and learning materials for student.

Responsible for daily lesson plans and instructional plans to meet course competencies.

Set up classroom and equipment in advance to deliver the required curriculum.

Evaluate student performance for practical and written/ oral assessment.

Develop cohesive, safe and positive learning environment for students and ensure that safety procedures in the kitchen are adhered to by the students.

Promote and instil high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the working environment.

Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree and/or professional qualifications in respective course of study.

Certification in WSQ ACTA/ ACLP.

Possesses strong understanding and knowledge in pastry and baking.

Worked in the baking or F&B industry.

Excellent baking products.

Enjoy training and interacting with trainees and helping them to develop their competencies.

Reliable.

Excellent facilitation skills.

A team player with positive communication and interpersonal skills
