This role is based in Singapore and will be part of the Growth team across SEA/HK/TW. The Growth team are driving subscription growth both sales, engagement and retention via our teams of performance marketing, CRM & Lifecycle specialists. As the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and executing a strategy to drive loyalty across the region.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a data and insights driven strategy for Disney+ subscribers to recognize their loyalty to drive long-term growth and retention for the region
- Launch and manage the loyalty program working closely with CRM, partnerships and wider marketing teams across the region
- Regional lead for the Growth team on regional promotional retail partnerships defining best practice journeys to drive conversion, activation, engagement and retention.
- Forecast and track performance and identify optimisation opportunities to drive added value
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
- Experience in an online/digital subscription or e-commerce business is preferable
- Deep understanding of consumer insights and digital trends
- Experience of defining and building customer journeys
- Experience in building/launching/maintaining loyalty schemes or customer propositions
- Experience in go to market launches / understanding of operational roll outs
- Experience working with external partners
- Passion for driving innovation and customer experience
- Confident in evaluating and analysing complex data
- Ability to identify opportunities and use data to make informed decisions
- Strong project management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to developing compelling propositions
- Strong collaborator
- Ability to build business cases
