We are looking for a proactive and analytical **Associate Actuary** to join our Client Management team. In this role, you will work closely with Client Managers to deliver actuarial support across pricing, treaty development, and key account oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset to contribute to client-facing initiatives and gain exposure to strategic reinsurance activities in a dynamic regional market.

**Your Role**
- Assist Client Managers with basic pricing and profitability analyses to support client proposals and treaty negotiations.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, technical summaries, and internal briefings.
- Provide market insights by analysing publicly available data on industry and company-specific trends across Southeast Asia.
- Support key account management by tracking performance and ensuring alignment across pricing, actual experience, and valuation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support the implementation and operational readiness of new treaties.
- Respond to ad-hoc client requests and contribute actuarial perspectives to client relationship initiatives.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of actuarial experience, preferably in life or health reinsurance or insurance.
- Experience in reinsurance pricing, valuation, or experience monitoring is preferred
- Progress toward a recognized actuarial qualification (e.g., FSA, FIA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in actuarial tools and software (e.g., Excel, VBA, R, Python, AXIS).
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
