About the role:
As a member of the product team, you will be working on our Web3 product lines for our NFT and token holders.
You will be improving and extending our existing Web3 product lines. Examples include : soft and hard staking retention mechanics, on-chain gamification features such as raffles or auctions, and more.

You will work collaboratively with software engineers, designers, and QA testers to build, launch, and analyse our products.

**What You Can Expect To Work On**:

- Managing the product roadmap: Product managers are responsible for creating and managing the product roadmap. This includes prioritising features and functionality, setting release dates, and ensuring that the development team is on track to meet project deadlines.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis: Product managers need to have a thorough understanding of the NFT / Web3 ‘degen’ landscape. They must conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest meta to ensure our product status is competitive and relevant in the market.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely delivery: Product managers work closely with the team to ensure that milestones are delivered on time. They collaborate with developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure that product roadmap milestones are met.
- Monitoring user feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve user experience: Product managers monitor user feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience. This includes fixing bugs, adding new features, and optimising the game for different devices.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need to Succeed**:

- Experience. At least 3 years of product management experience from a consumer product environment. Web3 background and familiarity is a must.
- Web3 Background : Product managers should have an understanding of Web3 NFT meta’s and trends, as well as preferably be up to date in Web3 gaming.
- Strong leadership and communication skills: Product managers need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other team members. They should be able to lead and motivate the team to achieve project goals.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills: Product managers should be able to analyse data and make informed decisions. They should be able to identify problems and find creative solutions to overcome them.
- Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies: Product managers should be familiar with project management tools and agile methodologies. They should be able to manage the product roadmap, prioritise tasks, and ensure that the development team is working efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines: Product managers should be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks based on their importance.
