As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products or services to customers. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers to explain product features, benefits, and addressing any queries they may have. In addition to sales, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Promotion and Customer Interaction:

- Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers, introducing and promoting our products.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
- Store Maintenance:

- Arrange and organize products on shelves to enhance accessibility for customers.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the latest products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Continuously update knowledge of promotions, discounts, and any changes in product offerings.
- Stock Management:

- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damages, or discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and promotions.
- Submit regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
- Customer Service:

- Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

**Job Requirements**:
Language Skills:

- Proficient in written and spoken English and 中文.
- Customer Interaction:
Proven sales experience with effective communication and customer service skills.

Ability to assist customers with inquiries and create a positive shopping experience.
- Personality Traits:
Bubbly, cheerful, and joyous personality.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Others:

- 5days work week include Saturday and Sunday
- Renumeration base on experiences
- Centrally located and accessible to MRT station
