Admin/corporate Secretarial Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and assistance to the corporate secretarial department in the day-to-day corporate secretarial matters.
- Manage a portfolio of companies consisting of start-ups, private companies, variable capital company and foreign companies etc.
- Prepare and attend to the filing of relevant documents with ACRA & IRAS (E-stamping)
- Managing all aspects of corporate secretarial matters.
- Maintain statutory registers and minutes books
- Responsible for preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings, relevant statutory forms, and other related documents
- Assisting in updating database of corporate secretarial precedents
- Providing general administrative support including typing of documents, photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing of documents
- Other corporate or ad-hoc admin duties when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma holder/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an administrative position, preferably in legal, corporate secretarial, or professional services firms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat software.
- Ability to manage large amounts of paperwork.
- Able to multitask, work independently and with a team, and work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive team player with effective interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
