**Who we are**:
Open Government Products is an experimental development team that builds technology for the public good. This includes everything from building better apps for citizens to automating the internal operations of public agencies. Our role is to accelerate the digital transformation of the Singapore Government by being a space where it can experiment with new tech practices, including new technologies, management techniques, corporate systems, and even cultural norms. Our end goal is that through our work, Singapore becomes a model of how governments can use technology to improve the public good.

Projects we have worked on include:
**COVID-19 Vaccination Booking** - A suite of systems enabling Singaporeans to book their COVID-19 vaccination appointments.

**Parking.sg** - A mobile app alternative to parking coupons. It lets users pay, extend, and refund their parking sessions just using their phones.

**FormSG** - A form builder tool for agencies to self-service and create online forms that capture classified data, with the goal of replacing paper forms.

**Isomer** - Isomer provides government agencies with an easy-to-deploy static website building and hosting service to create usable, secure and faster informational websites quickly.

**RedeemSG** - RedeemSG helps the Singapore Government to create, send and track redemptions of digital vouchers easily.

**What does a Marketing Manager do?**:
As a Marketing Manager, you will:

- Support the marketing team through the organisation and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Plan and executive initiatives to increase brand awareness amongst citizens and the tech community.
- Assist with event planning, including working with vendors and event coordinators.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create content for our blog, social media channels, website, and more.
- Support employer branding efforts by researching and identifying relevant opportunities for brand building.
- Measure and optimise our paid marketing and user acquisition efforts using Sprout and Google Analytics.
- Draft press releases and pitch stories to the media.

At Open Government Products you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we reach and interact with the public as well as the international community. You will have a hand in creating compelling campaigns, resources, and experiences that demonstrate the team’s mission to deliver high-quality products and services to the public. You’ll be able to help steer our marketing strategy, as well as roll up your sleeves to execute on it.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- At least 2 years’ of experience in marketing, communications, or event management in a fast paced environment. Experience in tech organisations is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content
- Technical expertise in content creation, including intermediate-level competency in Premiere Pro and After Effects. Competency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Able to independently organise events, including liaising with vendors and stakeholders, managing budget and handling logistics.
- Superb organisation and project management skills and the ability to work on and manage multiple complex projects at once
- Excellent command of the English language and strong writing skills, including copywriting.
- Able to work independently and competently without close supervision or micro-management
