We are a regional Chinese bistro located at the Esplanade Mall, facing towards Marina Bay, offering a modern dining experience with authentic Chinese flavors, a wide selection of wines, beers, specialty drinks, and freshly brewed coffee. With a spacious bar and cozy dining atmosphere, we aim to deliver warm, professional, and memorable service to every guest.

**Role Overview**
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will not only provide excellent customer service but also contribute to our bar operations and monthly events such as wine tastings and social gatherings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Take orders, serve food & drinks, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience
- Assist at the bar (prepare basic cocktails, pour wines & beers, brew coffee)
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards in dining and bar areas
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and help build customer relationships
- Support in organizing and hosting monthly events (e.g., wine tastings, social nights)
- Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and customer service
- Able to communicate well in both **Chinese and English**(mandatory)
- Prior F&B service or barista/bartender experience is a plus (training will be provided)
- Willing to learn and take initiative, especially in event support and bar skills
- Team player, reliable, and able to handle a dynamic work environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event days
