Acmv Engineer

Core responsibilities

**Design and planning**:

- Design ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
- Perform calculations for heat load, static pressure, and fluid dynamics.
- Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications using software like AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Coordinate with architects and other engineers on the project team.

**Project management**:

- Manage and oversee ACMV projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

**Installation and commissioning**:

- Supervise and guide subcontractors during installation.
- Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure compliance with designs and safety regulations.
- Participate in testing and commissioning of the installed systems.

**Maintenance and troubleshooting**:

- Provide technical support for maintenance and repair activities.
- Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage service requests and ensure timely response and resolution of issues.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
