Are you passionate about teaching swimming and making a positive impact on children's lives? Look no further The Swim Starter, a leading provider of swimming lessons since 2017, is seeking enthusiastic Swimming Coaches to join our team, both on a full-time basis.

As a Swim Coach with us, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to impart essential swimming skills, promote water safety, and contribute to the overall mission of our organization. Your role will involve working with children aged 4 to 14, fostering a healthy, active, and fun lifestyle among young individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Operations team on Sale, Scheduling of Trials and Classes, Escalations and Retention of Students.
- Administration task required.
- Meeting KPIs set by the Management team.
- Handling of equipment.
- Adhere to SOPs provided by the Operations team and Coach team.
- Provide Progress Update of Students.
- Coaches have to mark the attendance via airtable link at the start of each session.
- Conduct lessons based on company syllabus.
- Full attendance for training and refresher courses is required.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak (fluent) and write English.
- No coaching experience required. **Training will be provided.**:

- **Must be able to swim Freestyle and Breaststroke.**:

- **Enjoy being around children.**:

- Willing to learn new methods of coaching.
- Detailed, Responsible and Professional.

**Working Hours**
- Thursday to Monday, 9am to 6pm
- Off day is on Tuesday and Wednesday
- **Coach is required to work in the office on timings that do not have classes. (Office : Oxley Bizhub I - Taiseng MRT)**

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
