**Job Description**:

- Develop and maintain close professional relationships with potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Provide advice and career recommendations based on job seekers’ backgrounds and career development plan in the IT industry.
- Provide employment opportunities for job seekers by understanding their skills, interests, and experiences through career coaching conversations and proactively matching them to opportunities available from headhunter partners and other agencies.
- Manage and facilitate career talk events.
- Manage career advisory road show to perform sales activities and provide information on career path in the IT industry for job seekers.
- Work closely with Operations Department, Facility Department, and Quality Assurance Department in handling customer complaints.
- Work closely with Operations Department to complete the registration process.
- Undertake any assignments as and when assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-year working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Target driven and customer service oriented.
- Sales-related experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and project management skills.
