Assistant Manager, Compensation

You will be part of the System Support team within Distribution Middle Office (DMO) and will be reporting to the Compensation Manager.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
As part of new compensation system implementation, you will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) & work with project team to:
- Provide complete & detailed requirements for the new system
- Ensure full acceptance of business requirements & testing results
- Identify changes to current and future operations & drive change management within Compensation Team
- Review test plan and participate in UAT
Post new compensation system go live, you will continue to be part of Compensation Team to:
- Handle monthly account closing related to all distribution compensation & ensure that all payments are timely and accurately completed
- Monitor, validate and process all financing schemes, contest & compensation payments to representatives & supervisors under all distribution channels
- Provide progress reports on all financing schemes, contest & compensation payments to help representatives & supervisors monitor their progress towards achieving of results
- Support implementation of initiatives to be rolled out by all distribution channels
- Handle e-submission of annual earnings of tied agents to IRAS & adhoc income statement request
- Participate in system testing of new product launches & distribution channels' new initiatives to ensure that compensation computation are correctly implemented
- Support the rolling out of regulatory changes in areas which impact distribution compensation
- Any other projects or tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in system UAT is preferred
- Familiarity with Excel Pivot Tables to handle sales report generation.
- Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Independent, self-driven and results-oriented
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to challenge status quo and take risks
**Salary**: $5,300.00 - $6,400.00 per month
