With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Scope, build independently lead and execute small scale projects in the maintenance department. Includes developing and creating the relevant change control.
- Lead and provide engineering support to the corrective and preventive maintenance related to electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Retains ownership of previously delivered projects.
- Establishes EHS objectives for calibration function and leads the implementation of systems.
- Supervise and oversee Third Party Contractors for calibration services.
- Should be able to manage a team of 4 functionally reporting technicians.
- Will be responsible for handling PO (Purchase Order) and invoices pertaining to third party vendor activities.
- Point of contact for presenting instrument related investigations and processes during regulatory/compliance inspections (EHS & GMP).

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Master’s degree in Engineering discipline preferably electrical & instrumentation or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline preferably electrical & instrumentation or equivalent with 4+ years’ experience.
- Have worked in GMP.
- Sterile experience would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in executing validation (protocol development and execution), design and execution of change controls, investigations and audits is a must.
- Experience in calibration of manufacturing equipment/ instrument, preferably in Biopharma.
- Good understanding in process instrument design and operation
- Working knowledge in SAP and CMMS
- Lean/Six Sigma skills are advantageous
- Leading Cross functional teams: Past success in leading successful cross functional teams with no direct line management authority is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of instruments such as:

- Pressure, temperature, flow, level sensor / transmitters
- Humidity and air velocity sensors
- O2 and H2O2 sensors
- Active Air Head and Particulate Monitoring System (PMS) Sensors
