We are looking for a **HSSEQ Turnaround Specialist** to join our HSSEQ team in Neste Singapore.

The job purpose is to execute Neste OEMS Principles, Standards and Regulatory safety requirements across organisations during business as usual across Singapore and during Turnaround to ensure employees and contractor safety.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, your main responsibilities include:
**For day-to-day related and not limited to the following**:

- Report to HSSEQ Lead Engineer during non TA Period for HSSEQ execution
- Ensure Neste Corporate Principle, Standard and applicable safety regulations are govern, driven and executed to the right level of compliance, requirements and expectations
- Ensure cascaded actions and tasks from HSSEQ Manager and HSSEQ Lead Engineer are executed to the right level of requirements and expectations
- Support HSSEQ and Line Function teams in executing RPP Performance Plans related to the disciplines of HSSEQ
- Support and conduct contractor safety induction course
- Drive contractor Safety and performance jointly with cross functional team

**For TurnAround related and not limited to the following**:

- Report and align with TA Manager for TA safety planning and execution
- Lead the TA safety team to execute the TA Safety Plan and activities
- Prepare and support contractors to work safely during TA
- Responsible and execute the TA Safety Plan to ensure contractors and employees safety and wellbeing is assured
- Ensure Neste Corporate Principle, Standard and applicable Safety regulations are executed to right requirements and expectation
- Bridge between Refinery & HSSEQ Organization and TA team so executions to HSSEQ principles are clear and aligned
- Act as the go-to HSSEQ person and focal point during TA
- Execute contractor safety induction course training topics, material and conduct contractor SIC training to the refinery
- Responsible for ensuring improvements, lesson learnt from (post) TA are implemented and executed to strengthen TA Safety Plan, process and culture

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _Minimum a Degree in HSE or relevant_
- _Minimum 3 years working as TA Safety position in Refinery / Oil & Gas / Pharmaceutical setting _
- _WSHO and FSM certified_
- _ECO certification is added advantage_
