Assist the sales manager by responding to client inquiries, setting up meetings, and gathering necessary project details.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to keep them informed about the project’s progress.
- Help communicate project timelines, budgets, and any changes to the clients.
- Work closely with the design team and project team to ensure all project phases are properly scheduled.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure the right materials and services are delivered on time.
- Help monitor and allocate resources such as labor, ensuring the project stays on track.
- Assist in tracking project costs, ensuring they remain within the agreed budget.
- During site visits, gather feedback from the project team and contractors to report back to sales and clients.
- Address any immediate concerns or escalate them to the sales manager if necessary.
- Work with sales, project managers, and contractors to develop solutions for issues like material issue, delays, or client dissatisfaction.

Skills Required:

- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Being able to track multiple projects and manage documentation efficiently.
- **Effective Communication**: Clear, concise communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring that project details such as material orders, timelines, and client requests are meticulously recorded and followed up on.
- **Time Management**: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize important activities, and meet deadlines to keep projects on track.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly addressing project issues or client concerns as they arise to avoid delays or conflicts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum requirement of a Diploma/bachelor's in interior design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 year of sales work experience in the renovation/construction sector is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office
- Must have customer service experience

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
